This year, our independent, family-owned brokerage is celebrating its fifth anniversary and our mission remains stronger than ever!

Founder and broker, Kate Riley, has always viewed real estate as being about more than buying and selling homes. It’s about helping people navigate some of life’s biggest milestones while building relationships that last long after the closing table.

Born and raised in Western Massachusetts, Kate has built both her career and her life around the community she proudly calls home. That local connection has shaped Riley Home Realty’s people-first philosophy from day one. Every client is treated with the care, attention, and respect they deserve and, as Kate often says, “like family.”

Kate works alongside her husband, a licensed real estate broker and experienced contractor, giving clients an added advantage when evaluating homes, renovations, and property value. Our commitment to community leadership is reflected through Kate’s service on the boards of the Chicopee Chamber of Commerce, Chicopee Rotary Club, and the Boys & Girls Club of Chicopee. Kate also supports organizations including Lorraine’s Soup Kitchen & Pantry, United Way, the For The Love Of Good Foundation, YPS of Greater Springfield, The Chicopee Situation Table, the National Association of REALTORS®, the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, the REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley, and BNI Destination Success, where she served as President from 2024–2025 and now serves as Visitor Host Coordinator.

Making an Impact Through Annual Giving

One of our proudest traditions is our Annual Community Fundraiser benefiting Lorraine’s Soup Kitchen & Pantry.

The event brings together local businesses, community leaders, and residents for an evening dedicated to supporting neighbors in need. Every dollar raised goes directly to Lorraine’s Soup Kitchen & Pantry, ensuring 100% of proceeds benefit local families. Last year’s event raised nearly $12,000 thanks to the incredible generosity of sponsors and attendees. This year, our sights are set on making an even greater impact with an ambitious fundraising goal of $15,000. 

The fundraiser has become more than an annual event as it is a reflection of the company’s belief that success should be shared with the community that has supported its growth.
