Meet Our Team

Kate grew up in Western Mass and has built her deep roots and connection in the community by living by her philosophy, ‘when you’re with us you feel like family’. She joins the team with a wealth of experience from her career working in property and casualty insurance and recruiting. As a recruiter, her ability to listen and understand the distinct needs of her clients was crucial to identifying the right ‘fit’ for a successful talent placement, that listening skill is equally as important as she helps lead our team and helps our clients find the right home to fit their unique needs. Kate’s passion is people, her energy and infectious personality are sure to make our clients feel like they are part of the Riley family the moment they walk through the door. No matter if they are buying or selling, Kate is committed to ensuring clients at Riley Home Realty experience the process with ease. Kate currently holds the Residential Real Estate seat for the Chicopee BNI Chapter Destination Success. Kate currently serves as a board member for the Chicopee Chamber of Commerce and is an active committee member for the Chamber’s Annual Golf Tournament and The Chicopee Thriller 5k. Kate also serves as a board member for the Chicopee Boys and Girls Club and is also an active committee member for their Annual Black Tie and Sneaker Gala. Kate and Nick have been married since 2004; they live in Chicopee and have three children.

A lifelong resident of Chicopee, Nick has held his Real Estate Agent’s license and been a member of the National Realtor’s Association for six years. For the past 20 years, Nick has developed his knowledge and understanding of the real estate market and surrounding Western Mass communities while building and renovating homes in the area as owner of N.Riley Construction. Nick’s dedication to excellence and working with others extends well beyond his residential and commercial construction enterprise; the opportunity to partner with his family members to create this agency is a natural extension of his passion. As a member of the leadership team, Nick brings his reputation and commitment to a customer-centered approach to the clients of Riley Home Realty. Nick and his wife Kate live in Chicopee and have three children.

Mary Ann joins the team and brings both knowledge and experience to the table. As an active member of the real estate community since 2016, Mary Ann is ready to continue serving her clients with the selling and home buying processes. Mary Ann gives her all in everything that she does which is why her clients put their trust in her. Living and working in her hometown offer a sense of pride and confidence which will only drive Mary Ann to excel in every facet of her career. Mary Ann currently resides with her husband and three children in Chicopee. Her passion doesn’t stop at real estate. Mary Ann also takes great pride in her involvement in the community. Her ambition and aspirations push her to continuously set the bar higher. When Mary Ann isn’t closing deals for real estate she is keeping busy in the local community. She has worked with the City of Chicopee and Parks Commission and helped found the Chicopee Community Gardens, in both Rivers and Lincoln Grove Parks. Additionally, Mary Ann enjoys time outside with her family. Her hobbies include hiking, boating and camping. “I’m excited to join a great family brokerage here in my hometown!
