“We used Kate to both sell our current home and buy a brand-new one. The process moved along quicker than any of us had anticipated; it started by meeting with Kate and Nick and giving them our must-have lists at which point we specifically told them “no rush.” About a week later I saw an open house for a home that I had been eyeing and all of a sudden, we were in the process of listing our home and getting an offer in on the new one! Kate was just as shocked as we were with how quickly this all moved right along, but she was an absolute champ and kept right up with the pace. Kate was a fantastic advocate when working with both the buying agents of our current home and the selling agents of the new home. There was a lot of back-and-forth communication with both, but Kate stayed on top of conversations, questions and requests to be sure that everything was tended to asap. She was sure to have our best interests accommodated to for the new home and was extremely patient with our our process of getting our ready (since we hadn’t planned on listing it for months.) In the selling process, Kate was phenomenal and empathetic to our needs to keep our pets comfort and anxiety levels down and was sure to schedule things in groups so that our animals were minimally impacted by all of this change. This meant a great deal to our family. Kate had our house sold in 3 days! She was there every step of the way throughout the sale and purchasing processes (inspections, appraisals etc) making sure we were well-represented.  As mentioned, the process was faster than we all expected it to be, but Kate was there every step of the way and was the absolute best advocate and cheerleader we could’ve asked for. Attentive, personable, empathetic and caring, are just a few of the many things that come to mind when thinking of her approach which I believe is what contributed greatly to this experience being flawless and stress-free from the very first day.
